2. These are the steps you need to take before committing to your order.
3. Selecting the goods you wish to purchase.
You can select any items you wish to purchase by clicking on the “add to basket” button. To view the contents of your shopping basket, simply click on the “shopping basket” button. The shopping basket screen lists your current selection of items with description, price and current subtotal. You can edit the contents of your basket and remove any input errors by removing items or changing quantities.
4. Making a Purchase.
To purchase the items in your basket and proceed with your order using our secure online purchasing facility, click on the “Checkout” button on the shopping basket screen. You will then be asked to enter your email address and password if you are an existing user of the site, or to register if you are a new user. You can then click the Checkout where our secure service provider will process the payment for Visa, Mastercard, or through Paypal (as selected by you) to complete your order. You will be asked to provide certain information we need to enable us to process your order such as your preferred delivery address and payment details. It is your responsibility to provide us with sufficient information to process you order.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email. This is not our acceptance of your order, but confirmation that it has been received.
Wait for acceptance of you order to ensure it is confirmed.
5. Other information.
We can only conclude the contract with you in English and not in any other language.
The prices payable for goods that you order, as well as any applicable VAT, are as set out in our website.
Only one promotion, or discount code, can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
5.2. Cancellations and Returns
As an online company, we understand that sometimes a rug may not be as you imagined when it arrives at your home. We give all customers 28 days to return any order for a full refund of the price of the rug (s). You are responsible for returning the rug(s) securely packaged in its original condition. Once we have received the rug and are happy it has been returned in the same condition as it was dispatched, we will issue you with a full refund on the purchase price of the goods.
Please note, whilst every effort is made to accurately reproduce the appearance of each rug we stock – we cannot accept any responsibility for any colour misrepresentations. Different colour display settings on computer monitors can have an effect on the appearance of colours in our rug images. You can still return your rug for a refund, however they will not be deemed faulty, and you will be responsible for the return costs.
Custom made products will be non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed on our website. Please ensure that the measurements are correct and note the estimated delivery time shown on the site to allow for production. While every effort is made to manufacture to the correct size, slight variations are unavoidable and natural fibres can shrink as they move to a different climate. Handmade rug sizes may vary by up to +/-5%. They are not recommended for inset locations.
Shedding is a natural characteristic of a deep pile rug and is not deemed to be a fault. This is common on Acrylic and Wool rugs and should be taken into consideration when choosing a product suitable rug for your home.
5.3. Our rights to cancel the contract
We may cancel the contract between us if:
If we do cancel your contract for either of these reasons, we will notify you by e-mail and provide you with a full refund. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
5.4. Delivery of products to you.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. For all goods that are in stock our delivery time is 3-5 working days. Out-of-stock items will be put on backorder and delivered as soon as possible. You should allow 4 weeks for backorders, but we will despatch as soon as they become available.
Due to the use of couriers, and as standard within our industry, we do not offer compensation for the late delivery of goods howsoever caused.
Our deliveries are free of charge for all orders over £48.00 to mainland UK. Our standard delivery charge for orders under £48.00 is £3.95, except the Highlands and Islands* where standard delivery is £15.00
*Highlands & Islands comprise the following postcodes: IV3 – IV 56, IV63, BT (ALL), GY (ALL), JE (ALL), KW1 – 17, PA20 – 42, PH19 – 40, PH60, IM (ALL), KY15, KY17, PA60 – PA62, PA 77 – PA78, HS (ALL), ZE (ALL), PH41 – 44, KA27 – 28, PO30 -41.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
6. Our liability to you.
Return of Non-Faulty Rugs:
Please complete and submit our Online Returns form and ensure a copy is included when returning your order back to us.

Please ensure the item is securely re-packaged in heavy-duty material that is securely taped and return to the address below.
You are responsible for the return postage charges.
Refunds will not be issued unless the item is returned safely in re-saleable, new condition. We therefore recommend that you use an insured service with tracking for your own peace of mind.
Site Imagery: Please note that images used are those of the manufacturer and are as accurate as possible. We cannot be held responsible for photography that may look different on your device as different screens represent different colours in varying shades. If you are not happy with the specific shade, you may still return the item, but you will still be responsible for paying for the return postage.
Return of Faulty Rugs:
In the unlikely event that your order is found to be faulty, please notify us as soon as possible before returning.

Then print a copy and enclose it with your order (or enclose your name, email address and order number within the returned item). Please ensure the item is securely re-packaged in heavy-duty material that is securely taped and return to the address below.
We recommend you use a tracked and insured service for your own peace of mind and to ensure safe receipt by us.
7. Price Promise
In the unlikely event that you find the identical rug cheaper on a competitor’s website (excluding sales/offers/the application of voucher codes) we guarantee to match the price. We will require a copy of the link to the page where this is offered to validate the price promise. Please note we are unable to offer to beat prices offered on auction websites.
8. Things you should know.
8.1. Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
8.3. Third party rights
A person who is not a party to this contract has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this contract but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
8.4. Governing law
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
